This is my last and final request to you please give me a satisfactory answer, it is more than 6 day i am sending mail and calling you regularly but yet not receive any response either on mail or phone. As i discussed today with your representative he assured me that today i will receive their s...enior call before 8 PM. Hopefully i receive their call else i am going to fill a complaint against snapdeal in Consumer Court. You mentioned below line at your side - 'Contact Snapdeal.com for any query regarding online shopping, purchasing on ... We work seven days a week to provide trouble free service to our customers.' Very poor service...It is not only about making mistake. Such things can happen to any other sites like Jabong or Myntra etc. but it is about how u pursue the complaints. How strong ur customer care is. It is not about the cost to customer it is about the value that we are getting from these sites. ...I would never Order anything from Snapdeal, I would prefer to go to showroom and buy things !Read More
