I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 Black for Rs 11, 990 on 24th May.
On 29th May-2013, when I received my courier, the phone was missing in the box. The box was packed properly. Only headphone, charger and data cable were there but the phone was missing.
I wanted to gift this to some one and I was very disappointed.
Order: 1006652034 and mail also sent at reachout@snapdeal.com, help@@snapdeal.com,
But till date I haven't received any mail or call from Snapdeal, and this is very disgusting.
Still they need more time to investigate. Their helpline is worthless as no one picks up the phone.
