I have had a horrible experience with Snapdeal. Ever since my first order I faced some or the other small issue but this time around they have crossed all limits. I had ordered their coral set in 36 size but got delivered the wrong size(32). After being on the line for what seemed eternity ( later on realized that this is the 'normal' get through time for them)


I was told that a reverse pickup will be arranged in next 24 to 48 hrs. No one contacted even after 48 hrs so I had to call again and again the same was promised. After 2 days I get a call informing that there will be delay in pickup as they are facing some issues with their courier partner. I said fine! i'll wait.. So finally the pickup happened after 10 DAYS instead of the stipulated 24- 48 hrs.


Then I got a call after a few days that they had received the courier and were crediting the amount to my snapdeal account to which I told them to send me the correct replacement instead. The VERY IMPATIENT lady told me that I should reorder the product as it is available on the site and it will reach me sooner if I did it myself. So the same evening I again placed the order for same product and got it delivered today and guess what?? IT IS THE SAME WRONG SIZE WHICH THEY HAD SENT EARLIER!!!!  after having contacted their cc today the same old viscous cycle has begun.


One thing I am sure of from today, whatever big or howsoever enticing the deal is I am never ever going to buy any product from snapdeal ever again!!


Today(june 24) i received the top i had ordered (to reclaim my amount with snapdeal for the above mentioned wrong order). I had ordered for a pink colored top in medium size and today received a white top in size 42 and to add to it the product is damaged. It has a hole on the back which is surrounded with 3 stickers saying 'alt' which means that they knew the product was damaged before sending it. After trying to connect to customer service and being in queue, for 6 minutes, my call got disconnected. I dont have the time and patience to call them again. I will not be available at my residence for next few months so there is no point if they offer to exchange!! My hard earned money and so much time has gone down the drain.


Snapdeal you suck!!I am sure very soon you are going to shut shop if you continue like this.
