Did you get a mail with order id and the delivery date. If yes then you might get lucky to get you product. As per the policy if you cancel you can see many reviews about them not refunding the money at all. So just wait for 3 weeks this you have to do. On completion of the 3rd week you go to thei...r office at Noida If you stay near by or send some friend of yours. And ask for the delivery. They do sell genuine products but the model is weak. Once your order is placed say for samsung product they will wait till 1000 samsung products are ordered on their site then they will do a bulk order to samsung and get the products and ship accordingly. I got my mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 . Order date 3 Aug. and I recievied my product on November 10. When you ask for the delay they will say this Sir we ask for 21 working days. Saturday and sunday holiday and other notional holiday are also accounted. So my 21 days got completed on October 3 and hence Just a delay of 2 working days(4 and 5 Novemeber) as 6/7 were saturday and sunday. Their customer care sucks you will only waste money in case you call there. No help from their side.Read More

Mine was awaiting pickup since Sep 5 and they shipped my product on Sep 5 itself.The status in the website changed on Aug 8 to Shipped . While the product was delivered on Aug 7 itself. Hi All, I might be lucky in this regard. I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S2 with timtara.com. on Aug 3. They have mentioned 3 weeks for delivery time. So I expected the delivery max by 3rd week. But when my brother went to their office they said its 21 working days.(public holidays and sat/sun ...excluded). Hence , we had two holidays in the month of August. So, it comes around 5-6 sep from 3 Aug. They shipped my product on 5th and I got it today. Its not a pleasurable experience. Will not shop ever again. Just because my brother was there hence I gave it a go. They do ship genuine products but so late in delivery. They do not mention this in their terms and conditions. Also they do not tell this till the 3 weeks are over. Once you have already wait for so long then automatically you are bound to wait as they will say wait for 5-6 days those are also working days. Hi drvdhir, I too had a bitter experience with timtara.com. They will in a blue moon deliver within three weeks. I ordered on 3 Aug and got my product delivered today. So, you need to follow up with them . Till 3 weeks they will politely reply kindly wait till the maximum time. Then everything wi...ll change and they will reply sorry for the delay. We have heavy demand etc. Then in few day if at all you are lucky they will get the product delivered. Usually they do not cancel the orders. Even if you ask for cancellation.
