Good Service and Few Sellers Don't Adhere To Time

I have been a frequent vistior to Tradus.com as it provides very good deals and price is usually less than that in the market. All my orders are delivered on time and there has never been a delay till date except my last transaction.


Tradus customer care is good and for my order 10357079 which was mistakenly placed tradus executives promptly cancelled my order. Thanks tradus for the same. Order #10270827 was delivered before time.


Let us come to the fact where I faced real issue.


Order# 10223278 for Canvas HD from eSmartDeals


I placed the order on 1st Aug. Despatch of product latest by 8th Aug and delivery in next couple of days. Same day I got a message from the seller eSmartDeals asking for additional 2 days to despatch.I accepted the same without knowing the intention behind it.


New latest despatch by 10 August and delivery by max 14 August. Today is 12 August and the item is still awaiting despatch. Its been in the state for past 8-9 days.What is the seller waiting for. For sometime within this period seller eSmartDeals had instant despatch i.e. within a day or 2 from tradus, so why the seller did not despatch my product till date. I have requested tradus to cancel my order after a long wait for 12 days.


Tradus team kindly cancel the order# 10223278.


When I contacted eSmartDeals, they said extention request is automated and is sent to all buyers. Just to get additional time then what is shown on the website. Also, eSmartDeal contact Meena Gupta has updated my despatch date as 14-Aug in tradus. I do not want to wait so long for a mobile. A sincere request to all before buying from tradus. Contact the seller and check out the maximum time within which you can get the product.


No need to wait so long. In this digital era in 2 weeks the price of products falls down. Make wise decision and do not let your money to stuck with others.
