This is in regards to the order number 10354254, which I placed as a Guest user on 15th November 2012 for the products Samsung Convection Microwave model Samsung CE104VD-B 28Ltr and Sony Cybershot DSC-W630 16 MP Digital Camera from Timtara. The total price or cost of the order was rupees 20790. I made this payment through HDFC bank Mulund branch using Net banking.
After I made the payment, I got the error message on the portal. The order could not be process due to some technical problem. It asked me to create a ticket or call the customer support. On the same day I called the customer support and also created a ticket (Ticket Opened #58688) but still I have not received a single call or email from Timtara.
I have checked with my bank, they said the payment has been made to EBSInfosecureConsulting through reference number 1115123337. I have also called their customer support two times but did not get satisfactory reply.
Now when I checked the portal it shows the status as Awaiting Shipments.
