Probably made of a lower quality steel or even stamped tin for some pieces. Best thing you can do is strip those parts and replace as many of the screws you can with good steel, use your WD-40 or some other wax/metal protector to preserve it as much as you can. Salt air is like that.

Hi Patnitin, thank you for your thoughtful comments. I appreciate the benefit of the doubt you so graciously offer me. As an American, and veteran of the battle in Afghanistan, it is tempting to be one sided and biased but I though I did a pretty good job of keeping my review fair. The people wh...o attacked me couldn’t refute the review they could only spew ad homonym attacks and set up straw men to tear down. This is often too typical and one of the points covered in the book itself! So I guess it was rather fitting to happen here I my review. Obviously many Americans have been educating themselves on Islam and the regions that our Armies are in now. Not only have millions of Americans spent a year or more, sometimes 2 years of their lives in these places, but their families at home also want to learn as much as they can. There is a huge awareness of these issues here in America; I think it's a good thing. The more we learn about each other the more likely we are to get along. I have nothing but respect for true Islam and the people of the Middle East. There is a long, deep, rich culture there and it deserves respect as well as the people. But that respect and dignity has to flow both ways or we are going to have problems, the hypocrisy of the extremes on both sides is well noted and for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. It really can be no other way but it ensure either death for one or mutual extinction for both. Im hoping there is still a chance for a compromise, somewhere in the middle. Read More

Dude, can you do wheelie stands on it yet? :) :) I used to love the minibikes we had when we were kids. Back in the old days we called them minibikes, now they're called scooters. But I will cherish my 'world record goldfish jump' title, as well as the scars on my knees and arms for the... rest of my natural life!Read More

...when people take it too seriously. Honestly I didnt like the movie because it was boring, slow and took too long to finish. I thought the acting was fine, the plot was at least new... but overall the movie just sucked. No pun intended. /satire I dont know what 'people like you' means ...exactly...unless you were referring to 'action movie' types? No offense taken :)Read More

The Evil White Man ad hominym!! ROFLMFAO!! I NEVER thought id see that here! Yes! That's me! (actually my ethnicity is 100% greek...but who's counting?) Listen, if the 'evil white man' wanted your land and your women he could have taken it for himself decades ago. Do yourself a favor......research how many BILLIONS of dollars in AID money you get from the Untited States...then compare that to what you get from Syria, Iran and Saudi Arabia. Americans are not your enemy...The White man is not your enemy... Fanatics and Tyrants are the real thorn in the side of the problems in the Middle East. Sorry, that's just the way I see it. I do love the people though, and the culture. SalamRead More

Your comments on the American invasion in Iraq and Afghanistan are status quo propaganda and typical misinformation spread by disingenuous media master to their flocks... Believe what you want to my brother...It's not my job to change your mind and honestly I’m not interested in trying. ...Judging by your ad homonym attack and the typical straw man 'War for Oil' blather I have the feeling your more in the mood for arguing that you are for listening. I’m not interested. I still love Afghanistan and I love the Afghanis i met and had the privledge of making friends with...i think Islam is a magnificant culture, rich in tradition and goodness. The subject of Afghanistan is a dear one to me because I spent 18 months of my life, back in 2001-2002, running all over Afghanistan chasing Taliban Insurgents and being shot at by local warlords and assorted Militia, while I was there with my Army Unit. Such a shame because it is probably th...Read more

Something flashy and up to date with current trends... Sort of a pulp fiction for kids...gimme 'DeadEye Dick' or 'Don Quixote' anyday. We're about to ban Catcher in the Rye here in the US...it's crazy.

Poe's popularity has fallen much in recent years and as a child of the 70's myself it's only because I had a very eccentric grandmother that even I was introduced to Poe's poetry.
