Seems that it was a mistake to purchase this bike for my son, after your comments. However, at the price of ZAR 9,999 in South Africa, I can afford to buy him a new Kinetic every six months. He only has to ride it for 18 months until he gets his driver's license for a car. Hopefully with some WD 40 ...or the local equivelant namely QR 20 silicon spray, the bike should last 18 months.
