There are many banks which do that. I don't want to promote any bank here. At least most of the banks send you quarterly paper statements by post. I don't mind receiving paper statement and keeping them in file if they can at least do that. But no, they want to promote this go green to save pennies ...and don't even provide those statements online. If they can't provide the statements online why do they ask to stop paper statements? And to add to the trouble, when I visit the branch and ask for a statement, they tell me there is a fees for that. Why should there be a fees for getting the account statement? I am not asking for duplicate statement, I am asking for a first time statement.Read More
