It is indeed very unfortunate that renowned Insurance company across the globe and one of the largest brand name in India providing pathetic service. My experience goes like this. 5 years back I was very eager to save rather invest my money when my Salary was then.
I approached Bajaj Allianz guided by my friend to his cousin who lost his job due to IT slump and wanted pursue his career in marketing Insurance products.I just believed him and his Sales manager it was after 6 months both absconded from the scene later found that agent got a job and Sales Manager promoted as Sr. Sales Manager. Fantastic, tried to approach him all in vain dint even bothered to respond. Poor chaps in call center keep telling sorry for not mistake of them.
My Verdict, Never trust Bajaj Allianz agents most of them just to part time.. dont go with their flashy adds and achievement list all are true but outside India.
Beware.
