I happen to stay in their Pune hotel last year with my family. An amazing experience. They take care of you really well. The best part was getting a complementary drop to the airport in a Audi Q7, wow!

I completely agree with your assessment. Customer Service does not exist in Koovs. All my mails to them on certain issues I faced did not elicit even one response. Way to go Koovs. This way you will not survive long. Pls stay away.

Interesting view points. How one man's pleasure becomes another's hell. For the benefit of the readers who might get confused with such opposite reviews for the same place, I would like to highlight the following: 1. Satisfaction is directly dependant on one's expectation levels. If expectation... is high and actual experience is ordinary, one is bound to be dis-satisfied. 2. In my case, I had gone thru all the reviews in this site and had a fair idea of the place. I also visited their website to understand that there was actually no 'Film City' though their names contained one. May be in future, they will come out with some city. 3. One needs to avoid the special days (say 1st Jan or a 3-day week end) as there would be huge rushes on these days. 4. One should visit a bit early(reach by around 10:30) again to avoid the crowd. 5. Use the food courts around 12:30 and u will beat the crowd. 6. The Rs 700 coupon is not the best choice for every one. You should buy the Rs 50 entrance ticket and buy selective attractions inside. Do your research on every attraction before u visit. Not all are attractive for every one. 7. It IS expensive. If one is not ready to spend, it may not be a good idea to visit. However, what you should keep in mind that many of these attractions are not available readily elsewhere. May be we are paying for the exclusivity. The trick here is to do good research and then visit. I found all the reviews on this site very informative including the negative ones because each of them teaches you something. Armed with all these info, take your own call whether u want to go and how much is your budget. Once u decide, go ahead and have a great time. Cheers BhairavRead More

After reading all the contradictory reviews, you must be confused. Should I visit or not? Well, I visited for the 2nd time on 29th April. I had a few guests and they wanted to visit. 7 of us, 4 adults, 3 children including one 1 year old toddler set off for IFC around 11 AM. I had my car, so ...Read more
