Hi, Support till date for me is pretty much good with HDFC.
Yes, I do agree that few Policies and procedures of them are really ridiculous and feels like a sarkari company. But one thing I felt was all these are done for the security and safety of the customer.

Hi, Hope you have reached there at a wrong time.
Please understand that this is not a Restaurant but a Canteen.
Eating by Hand is the traditional way in south India and the way you have complained it clearly shows you have been to a south Indian mess for first time.
One t...hing that is evident from your response, you have seen a large crowd when you were there which clearly shows how many people have come a long way from NCR regions to get into the place which states for the quality/Taste of that food served
If you had observed around 40% of the people in there will be from the parts of the country other than south India and they do visit this place to try new tastes.
To answer your point on manners, Sharing and having food by hand is the Indian way (be it north or south), if you get into typical UP or Haryana, you’ll find people having food by hand along with family.
Please understand that being/growing up in a Metro doesn’t mean that you have/Know/Tried everything.
There is a lot you miss being in a Metro.
If you still feel to have food in a Mannered, Civilized Spoony way, please visit some north Indian restaurant, which says south Indian food. You’ll get what looks like south Indian but it will not taste like south Indian.
