I'm shifting to Bangalore near Kudanahalli. People recommended RYAN and VIGBYOR. I paid 700 INR for Ryan and 300 for Vigbyor. I need to get my daughter who needs to take up 2nd std assessment to get enrolled.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT I DID LEGALLY?
I CALLED UP AIRTEL TO GET MY LINE DISCONNECTED. THEY ASKED 'WHY'? I TOLD, PLEASE DISCONNECT.
THEY AGREED TO DO IT. I ASKED THEM TO GET THOSE INSTRUMENTS FROM MY HOUSE. I ASKED FOR A DATE & TIME. THEY GAVE THE DATE & TIME.
AIRTEL NEVER CAME ON THAT DATE & TIME.... FRUSTRATINGLY, I CALLED THEM UP AND AGAIN A FINAL REMINDER AND ASKED THEM WHEN THEY WILL COME & COLLECT. THEY AGAIN GAVE A DATE & TIME.
THEY DID NOT TURN UP.
I HAD TO LEAVE MY PLACE. I LEFT. THE PHONE & WIRING ALL WOULD HAVE BEEN THROWED AWAY BY THE OWNER AS NEW OCCUPANTS WERE ARRIVING TO THAT PLACE.
AFTER A MONTH TIME, I CALLED THEM UP TO JUST CHECK ON MY OLD AIRTEL BROADBAND.
TO MY SURPRISE, THEY ARE SAYING 'IT IS STILL ACTIVE'.
SEE THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER CARE AND QUALITY THEY MAINTAIN.
I BLASTED THEM OUT, AND THEY SAID 'SORRY'. WILL UPDATE IT.
I NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL THEM UP AGAIN.
IT'S NOW MORE THAN 2 MONTHS, AND I GET A CALL FROM AIRTEL SAYING ''YOU ARE NOT RESIDING IN THE PLACE WHERE WE HAVE OUR RECORD''. WHEN CAN WE SEND YOUR BILL.
SHOULD I SAY ANY ANSWER AS TO WHAT I WOULD HAVE TOLD THEM BACK?
THIS IS AIRTE TODAY.
BLOODY GUYS HAVE LUSTED OVER MONEY AND THEY REPLACED THE FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER CARE WITH ROCK BOTTOM PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES.Read More

Cool down. It's very fluctuating and you will repent soon. AirTel was once good, and today they are the poorest of poorest in customer care. True, network is good, but I doubt even that will sustain for long. What is inside, shows outside. The AirTel operation inside is getting worser and worser. ...Let's start publishing all the more and get AirTel out of our country. Let them build their castle in Africa. Marg Swarnabhoomi on ECR road has a 99 year perpetual lease. What does this mean? How viable is the project?
Is it after 99 years, automatically the property goes back to the owner. Our grad children will have to vacate and go out in 2109, if we buy now!
In absolute sale, the property is p...erpetuated eternally by heirs!
Regarding viability, it differs from person to person depending on various factors!

The recent update I received after I booked an apartment there.
The whole SEZ with residential would be 1000 acres of land, and another 9000 acres are in the acquisition process, wherein another 1000 acres have been acquired. The plan of 9000 acres would be outside the campus of Marg Swarnabhoo...mi, as Marg has received only 1000 acres approval for SEZ.
The development phases are getting larged month by month. Navarathana block phase 1 is ready and people started occupying. Navarathana phase 2 is in proces and they have planned to complete by this year end 2010. Utsav is in progress.
Maha Utsav (8 floors) and Sky Meadows (18 floors) are in pipeline.
IT companies like Cognizent, Wipro, TCS, Expemplarr are in construction ways.
Schools BVM is operational, and few more they are in talks.
Light enginerring companies like Grundfos, Virgo, TVS, have started.
More than 500 hourses are already let out for the inhabitants inside.

I think Hiranandani brought this township concept with his launch in OMR and Orgadam. Presently, we see other parties like Swarnabhoomi, and now Inno Geo City.

Will there be any shuttle service to main spot like Chennai Central Station and Chennai Airport? What would be the mode of transport if at all we need to travel to old Chennai?
