Airtel customer care employees are not trained properly,
beware Airtel has a new way to extract money, I gave a letter to Airtel customer care at Jayanagar 4 block, next to nagarjuna hotel, I asked them the procedure of disconnecting the line they just said that giving a letter will do but only to find that that careless idiot did not know what to do with it, after 2 months only did I came to know that he has not disconnected the connection and the service continued without my knowledge, I had to go to that place and pay rent for 2 months to get that disconnected.
This is a new way of extracting money from customers.
