No one is ever happy with the kind of job they do..Even if they do the frequency is very less it shall be happy for. Some choose to work at place they don’t like may be lack of education, lack of experience, some influences work for them etc etc. Not talking about the higher positions & big office. Here I want to put light on those people who work in scorching sun, travel across the city without being bothered of rains, and sun anything. Get insulted, hear bitter words from people but in the end happily do their job...
Yes I am talking about sales man, tele marketing girls, boys, courier boys, delivery boys etc.
Many times when we find sales man at our door, we often make them go, saying,” kuch nahi chahiye jau bolana”.sometimes we bang the door at them. Sometimes we insult them saying something or other. But again with so many incidents happening around we have this fear & one of the reasons why we don’t entertain them.alright don’t entertain, don’t buy but tell them politely. Don’t bang the door, don’t insult, don’t use hash language..Remember even they are human beings..No one likes to do that job, but they doing for some reason...
Everyday we get thousand of calls from tele marketing executives. Asking us to buy credit cards, telephone connections, policies, holidays etc etc. We either bang on them the phone or shout a loud on them. Common they doing their jobs by calling us either tell them politely or else get your number listed in do not disturb list. Why do we have to shout ob them. It takes courage to call strangers & then to get scolded can be demotivating...be nice to them, out of those 10 bad calls your one good call can make difference to them.
Courier guys takes huge pain in carrying their task well of dropping the couriers to different locations everyday. They have to run throughout in scorching sun, changes trains, buses, walk throughout miles & miles. Often people change their residences.offices.when these guys reach to give couriers they get insulted, some shout, some use ill language, some just threw the letters away...why this behavior, we can be polite to them & convey the message whatever it is...
Now the delivery boys, may that be any...Pizza, burgers, gift items and restaurant orders anything.
“Zara sa late hua nahi,ke hum chale unne sunnane”...matlab hume bhul jana hain ke wo bhi insane hain.
They are working because they have been constrained for doing that. Before we go ahead & insult any one of them,be rude to them lets not forget they are humans. Let’s treat everyone equally. Lets be that one reason to make them smile & make their day.
So people starting from this point in time lets take this oath of respecting each other & every job!
