This is the worst company in the lower segment. I believe there is no ethical business in the way they conduct business for all reasons! Only time would tell by the way of losing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They had been flaunting rules of the local KSA region, which is very dangerous and risks the life of every employee. For example. If you're on a business trip working in the KSA region, your visa can be revoked and jailed for months. As a professional, you would end up working in the mercy of the Kaar Technologies management which is very unprofessional in every aspect from dealing with clients to the employees.
There is no HR/PY policies or perhaps the company is run absolutely like a "PAAN-WALA" shop. Even the "PAAN-WALA" doing business on the road side of Andheri, Mumbai is ethical as they do not over charge or lie to the clients. These so called gentlemen in the name of leadership intimidate employees and clients. If clients sign up for a business with them,.Kaar management would hack them in the name of'CR's" and they don't even consider paying employees. As a result neither the employee nor the clients are satisfied.
They are riding the wave due to a local "Arab" based company. I am confident time would tell the truths by convicting the entire management for the absolute misdemanor!
As a professional, please be-aware of the situation and DO NOT rush for money as you may be told by the HR. As they would lie and go to any extent to lure you. As time passes by, you would understand about your career lost. The KSA region is tough and you will need a good company to back you up such as "WXXPRO". Go with a professional Organization please and DO NOT stake your career and life. It may be life threatening.if you are caught on visa issues and scandal due to the employer.
