This is one of the World best Organization & yet the worst operating in Middle East. But the local business services is working like a bunch of crooks. Beware of this company, especially if you're employed by the LBS division. They lack professionalism and if you're placed at onsite in UAE or KSA, you're in for all sorts of troubles.
Their project management strategy is pathetic. One of the monster named "M" "P.Rikh" has screwed up many projects in the Region. He is still leading projects for unknown reasons, despite making the team and the clients suffer.
The background goes beyond this project. I am not sure how they low grade people get promoted to the Director roles!
