Feedback from a Senior Employee
It was a hell working with the "LBS" unit of Capgemini. They DO NOT have projects. Ironically, the customer and geography such as India, UAE are aggressive markets. Without enough backing and support from the management, the team had gone through turmoil!
The management is not capable of even identifying the core issues. Instead the puppet manager on the ground "Onsite PM" is another arrogant brd, who is running the show without any progress. Nobody likes him, but Cap is holding him for some strange reasons. You know the funny thing, this onsite manager is like Hitler. His name starts with "MJ" and his last name is "P*kh
Beware incase you work with Capgemini. It will be a suicide to work with a company that does not support you and working with a manager, who is an a* hole will be a disaster.
Beware of the company, its corporate culture. Most of the MNC's ride the show based on the foreign brand. If possible relocate to some other country. You may have problems everywhere, but definetly not to the extend of INDIA, which is the most political and worst country to live. 99% of the Indian managers across MNC's are not seasoned enough! They are just political and nothing else. They want to squeeze you as an employee and get the job done. In addition the travel, traffic etc etc is a pain in the neck. what more do you want by staying back in India. Just go abroad. think about some plan to secure your finances
All MNC's are bad in INDIA, bcoz it is run by the Indian bas*rds
Now. let's quit INDIA. Acquire skills and go USA
