Capgemini is one of the BEST PLACE to work, but one of its division, "LBS" is screwed up. so please be aware.
If you get an opportunity from Capgemini, "L-B-S" unit, please be aware. This is not a professionally managed division of Capgemini. You will be surprised to hear the kind of projects that they are executing. Whilst, it is a best Organization, this department is miserable. Please be aware of the situation and enquire about the projects, onsite etc. Mostly, projects in the Middle East are screwed up.
If you're part of another MNC, perhaps you should continue. With the current job market, stay where you're if possible, if you're comfortable, instead of switching jobs. LBS division is a horrible place to work.
