About Kaar, based on my investigations, here are the findings:
The management is unprofessional & unethical
HR is uncivilized as they lure your talent with blatant lies
Payroll is pathetic
There is no coordinated management to support your projects success
You will end-up losing your career thinking non-taxable income, which is their only catch. In my view we should look at a longer perspective to safeguard your personal interests. Otherwise you would end up with a losing company.
In the end, the company will close down in 1-2 years as their partnerships with local Arabic company is in strained relationships. These unethical players cannot succeed in even delivering a single project.
There are several cases against the Kaar Technologies. In addition, employees are illegally asked to work in a business visa, which is against Saudi rules. If you are caught, you will be in prison! BEWARE! Discuss with a top attorney who is aware of Indian, as well as Saudi local labor laws before accepting any offer from these unprofessional group of people! Please protect yourself & family against these foul players.
In a short while, Saudi Government will prosecute them! Just time will speak.
