He is Joginder Sharma, the unlikely hero of World T20 2007. It has been 9 years since the heroic final, the man who sported the blue jersey now dons the'khaki' to look after the law & order in Haryana.
Despite the historic performance, his career failed to take off. However, he was offered a job in Haryana Police which he accepted. The cricketer rose through the ranks to become the Deputy Superintendent of Police.
In his cricketing career, he played four ODIs and four T20s. He also played for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League(IPL).
