Tragically, very few young ones are supported by their parents and families, when needed the most and in a way that is required and; this impacts their lives hugely. Most young men and women have a precarious relationship with their families. There is enough love and warmth but when, this delicate issue of ‘key decisions’ comes in lives of young ones, most parents and families react in unsettled ways and often, violence and ill-will quickly replaces love and warmth. This leaves all feeling ‘inadequate’ and lonely…
Globally, loneliness is spreading like a silent calamity. Over 70 percent people in USA admitted of loneliness. In India, this may not be any better. Loneliness, like most emotional crisis is a syndrome and that is why engulfs so many aspects of life and living…
Apart from that, if one looks at the suicides, especially those committed by young men and women; it is amply clear that deceased lost the battle primarily because of family and the closed ones. Even when in majority of cases, the person committing suicide gave enough emergency signals for help or an intervention…
Scientific psychological and sociological researches have proved beyond doubt that in contemporary times, individuals are in varying degree of stress and in most cases, either the majority of stress comes from parents/family/loved ones/intimate partners or when the stress has outside source, the same are not supporting or simply ignorant/passive.
It is as clear as anything that over 90 percent individuals live in families and have a group of closed people as their emotional support system. Still, when over 70 percent people feel lonely or are in stressed relationships with parents/family/loved ones/intimate partners, it is very visible that human support system is proving to be the primary culprit behind the unsettled emotional equilibrium of most individuals.
The trouble is – all sides, be it parent, young children, siblings or extended family; everyone is blaming the other for the trouble and still, there is very little sanity talks or sensitive communication to see the root problem and work out solutions…

Now, the new entry into this ‘family-led’ anarchy and emotional infliction is the massive distrust between man and woman among youth. There is a growing reluctance among many young to get married as both men and women blame each other for massive ‘attitude-trouble’ causing not only marriages to end but ending on a very violent/disastrous note, leading to massive uprootedness of peaceful life on both sides…
The scientists say, ‘Evolution is a stupid engineering as it does not install excellence but patch-work conveniences to just survive, which eventually always leads to species extinction’.
The important question now is – ‘Has humanity evolved to such level of stupid intelligence to head towards extinction…?’
This economics obsessed, instant self-gratification culture and politics of contemporary world need to spare some thought for the sociology of humanity. The dead anyway does not drive a Lamborghini or enjoy a date at seven star hotel! One has to survive and be alive to think of the wallet…!
