# When We Need Excellence Of Words, Brain States Fail Us, Making Us Look More Stupid Than We Are…!

Excellence, and very rarely, the perfection is a random singularity. A singularity is defined as happening of something that has near zero probability of happening and perfection or highest order of excellence is a definitive singularity…

Often, life and living is a situation of drift and continuity, seldom requiring an excellence of delivery of our best endowments. Perfection is always an idealism, more on the externalities of utopianism…

But then, there are times, when excellence is required and we are never ready as we seldom prepare for it. This happens to the very common and ever required artistry of communication. Here at quora one always confronts these questions –

  1. How should I ask my teenage daughter to talk about her boyfriend…?

  2. How can I tell my girlfriend that I no more love her…?

  3. How should I ask my boyfriend to discard some of his habits I hate…?

  4. How can I say ‘I love you’ to my best friend…

  5. How can I tell my best friend that I like him but don’t love him…

  6. How can this and how should that…! The list is endless…!

Usually, such moments are like Tsunami, they happen once in a long while and when they happen, we need excellence of communication and perfection of expressions, which seldom come. Naturally, we mess it up and end up as a bigger stupid than we are…

The reason is, we never prepare for excellence. We fail to appreciate that perfection and excellence is a random singularity and even a person, with best of gift of communication needs readiness and preparation to deliver the best…

This is our brain mechanism. Perfection never comes out of thin air. It comes with riyaaz(persevered practice). Even the most accomplished musicians, artists, sportspersons, etc practice for hours. Still, excellence and perfection comes rarely to them. It remains, even for them a random singularity. This has got to do with our brain states. How?

Memories and experiences are stored in brain in various portions and for excellence to happen, all neural pathways must fire simultaneously and in pre-practiced symmetry. This requires a perfect symbiosis of all elements, within the brain states and outside it, in the milieus. This is rare. It happens only as randomized singularity. Sill, if we have been in good practice, we have better chances of reaching close to excellence and perfection…

In contemporary milieus, people are not in good practice of the artistry of verbal communications. The technology has made it worse. Most knowledge and memory-experiences are now stacked in mobile phones or computers. Emojis have replaced beautiful and meaningful words. It has replaced the artistry of poetic conversations. Most people now depend on borrowed quotes and templates of words, available online free, to ride their emotions on them. They are okay for mediocrity but fail when excellence is required, Tsunami hits us…

Brain is not an ocean of all knowledge and wisdom. It only stores what is fed to it. Also, brain states works well when pathways of memories, experiences and recall are made deep and thick by practice. With practice, excellence and perfection tends to become rote function – an auto-mode motor action.

A scientific research exemplified as how all parts of brain of a musician lighted up when he was in best of his singing excellence. However, for most singers, only a small portion of brain lighted up. Perfection is the singularity when the entire brain states are in participatory mode and create a symmetry, which is a singularity…

This needs practice and riyaaz. Let us do it with verbal communications. Then, it shall be easy handling the tough questions. Wellness shall live a better life…
