In this 4th episode of the debate I would like to bring forward a topic that was suggested by our friend @avishek82
Avishek was kind enough to suggest few topics for debates and there can't be a better time than this when SRK is on the spree to promote his latest film CHENNAI EXPRESS. The response to his last few films was not of the standards that are set by him. The negative reviews for his films were more in number though his die hard fans did try to raise the percentage of recommendation to maximum.
SRK's body language this time has changed. The arrogance has vanished. The promos of CHENNAI EXPRESS does not look good to me and the film might disappoint people but had it not been for the festival season of Eid, on which these bog stars badly depend, the makers would have lost money.
The questions are:
1) Do you think SRK has lost his sheen?
2) Do you think he should release one his film during off season time to check his popularity like Akshay Kumar and Ranbir Kapoor do? Akshay and Ranbir has tasted success whenever they release their films and are no longer dependent on the festivals. But the KHANS do depend.
