I purchased from Pepeprfry purchased 4 set fo chairs online using website pepperfry.com at 18th November 2018
18:14:31 IST; it has been more that 22 days since I placed order at peppefry
pepeprfry is doing mental harassment.
has held on my money held for chairs not delivered since 22 days;
pepperfry is proving our rage by not refunding for not delivering the chair, neither any concession for deliberating delaying and holding our money paid to pepperfry
and also harassment and hurting me exaggeration of my pain due to harassment and Neurological(certified by CMO) and yet threatening me about its lawyers and creating mental pressure;
the daily threatening of pepeprfry which I have also recodered calls, have lead to my aggravating of neurological problems and hospital admitted in last week and my medication.
I plead Help from ministry of Disabled support and ministry of human resources to help me get help on this issue which is leading than more than just a consumer protection, it is a harassment fo disabled and neurological person by pepperfry.
ideally pepperfry to compensate by holding our money on chairs os more than undue time or else please punish and pensalise pepeprfry.
