I always respected Sikh religion as Sikhs believe(Sikh spirituality is centred round this need to understand and experience God, and eventually become one with God.);
But recently I have met 4 sikhs who are mainly deed of cheating innocent Humans, and they are defaming Sikhs all across the world;
We plead to Sikh community and Associations across the world to help get justice to us(my Spouse as a woman and myself as a critically ill & Disabled) to get back our hard earned Money back as Refund and prevent us from being cheated; and also prevent Sikhism Abiding members of the group from bringing shame to SIKH preaching and Guru’s education,
We also will like to name owners of the group to whom we pleaded multiple times for refund but the same is not addressed;

MAnasultangement members(as per inputs from Sarv Awas Housing)
Police F.I.R is lodged against below builders, In 2013 A builder names Sarv was launched as a Affordable housing society in bhiwadi, For the same the builder had opened office in gurgaon,
Builder was able to trap by his marketing and Promotions, 600 families who booked their flat and hopes with builder;
Builder cheated the families by not building the flats and despite reminders did not aishwaryasingh23 back the amount collected from flat; it has been around 6 years now and the flats are not being constructed or delivered as per delivery promise of 2015 per agreement;

OUR PLEA/STORY AS BELOW:
Sikhism stresses that God judges all people as to their actions in this world. It does not matter what religion he practices, or was born to. Hence the theory of Karma is also a parth2111 of Sikh religion. Sikhism is a religion which builds character. It tells its followers to be "hard workers" to earn their daily bread. To share this with others, as well as to remember the Lord in their heart. Hence within Sikhism, there is compassion towards all of humanity, a fact of social reform.
Though I am a Punjabi Hindu but since childhood; I have seen my family and grandparents associated with Guru Education; we recite Path on occasions of happiness and sorrows and take blessing from the holy path and pray the gurus; We have our family mix of Sikhs and Hindus and in 20 years since I un7379521 in Chandigarh; I am yet to meet a Sikh who exemplified mistrust; and have always been a fan of trust and ability of the community;
In 2010 I met a nervous problem causing my paralysis for my lower body; on further investigations. on investigations, It was found that I am suffering from a critical illness names Vascutisis of CNS; and making me dependent on my family and my Spouse for whom we booked the flat got cheated by spending the savings which were very essential especially post my illness; I can share my medical proof including Certificate of my Disability and Diagnosis;
We bought flats with the builder below with our much needed and hard earned money and were told that Flat will be ready for possession in 2 years; Since flat sold in 2013 is not ready till 2017 and they have barely started the work; on learning about FTP scams of names involved in this group and on reading tribune article on them; we are highly demotivated to continue trusting this builder;
My spouse on whom our financial burden fell; At that stage, Since my wife had no aparth2111ment on her name, We booked 2 aparth2111ments in Sarv Awas project: by name Aravali hills) so that they can be built on time and offer as investment and assistance to my spouse earning even in case if I am not able to support her due to my ill-health;
Despite promising the delivery in 2015; we have not got the possession and delivery and Constructionguru30 is highly delayed; We have paid around 8 lakhs to the builder on both aparth2111ments without any significant Constructionguru30 and returns;
Recently we came to know the mAnasultangement group consisting of below people are Sikh abiding group and some of these members were e also core to Chandigarh Overseas Company registered by same signatories and their relations; the organization Chandigarh Overseas Company sis immensely criticized by Tribune and also punished by Consumer Forums against Customers;
After investigation we acme to know that some member who are parth2111 of this group have bad reputation in their previous venture of FTP, Mohali where numerous customers have legally settled their cases with the mAnasultangement names involved; Looking at existing reputation of MAnasultangement personnel of M/S Sarv Awas Housing Bhiwadi Pvt Ltd; we asked for refund of our money with due interest which is not attended and we are made to think law as way to claim our refund with interest; We have already emailed the mAnasultangement at email(support@sarvawas.com, info@sarvawas.com);

Looking at previous reputation of Sarv Awas group; we plea for refund of our money with due Delay Compensation/Interest from someone compassionate within Sikh community who can pursue this with mAnasultangement and get us refund and justice);
PLEA TO REPUTED SIKH ASSOCIATIONS AND NETWORK:
In this critical illness and disability, I feel challenged to be dragged around courts for justice by my spouse an d so I am pleading Prestigious Sikh members to request Sarv awas to refund my money with compensation for holding our investment for 5 years; and not bring shame to Sikh members around the world which have always exemplifies honesty, truth and compassion;
We have already emailed the mAnasultangement at email(support@sarvawas.com, info@sarvawas.com); for refund but so far we have not received any concrete solution or refund terms;
If you cannot help us get our rightful honest and much needed money back; I APPEAL TO Gurudwara and Sikh communities to ban these people from entering Gurudwaras; because they are people who bring shame to our religion and SIKH preaching’s;
Meanwhile I am also reaching out to Government Authorities and raised my plea with local authorities; but seems Most are deaf and blind tour agony; So I am hopeful that God Abiding Sikhs will certainly make effort to get my refund and put request/pressure to these Sikhs of Chandigarh;
