Bhiwadi Builder Sarv Awas brings shame to trust of buyers and investors in Rajasthan:
We plead to Rajasthan Senior Govt officials and Housing Associations across the world to help get justice to us(my Spouse as a woman and myself as a Disabled) to get back our hard earned Money back as Refund and prevent us from being cheated; and also prevent Rajasthan Investors of the group from bringing shame to State and its Investors;
While other states have attracted good investments in real estate Rajasthan has been dry and struggling despite have regions like Bhiwadi counted in NCR;
Despite Delay in delivery of our flats from the below company, the builder is not refunding us the money;
I am looking for help from the Rajasthan officials in getting us refund and Delay Compensation on our flat from Builder;

OUR COMLAINT TO RAJASTHAN OFFIOCIALS/JIT/REWA IS AS BELOW:
I am struggling with Nervous problem(critical illness Vacuities of CNS) since 2010 causing my paralysis for my lower body; and making me dependent on my family and my Spouse for whom we booked the flat got cheated by spending the savings which were very essential especially post my illness;
We bought flats with the builder below with our much needed and hard earned money and were told that Flat will be ready for possession in 2 years; Since flat sold in 2013 is not ready till 2017 and they have barely started the work;
THIS CASE IS NOT ONLY BRINGING SHAME TO RAJASTHAN GOVT AGAINST NO PROTECTION FOR WOMEN AND for DISABLED HARASSMENT BUT ALSO DEFAMING RAJATHAN HAS VIABLE INVESTEMENT OPTION FOR CITIZENS OF INDIA;
Looking at previous reputation of Sarv Awas group; we plea for refund of our money with due Delay Compensation/Interest from someone compassionate within Sikh community who can pursue this with mAnasultangement and get us refund and justice);

On asking for
Receipts of service tax deposited by Sarv Awas to govt, we have not got any receipts copy or evidence so far;
Despite builder buyer agreement promising possession in 2015; the builder has not delivered and Rajasthan govt does not have any association to help us;
Despite asking builder for enviTestingronyent certificate, builder has not responses; I have raised this complaint to JIT but no investigation is conducted on builder;
SO WE HAVE DECIDED TO ASK FRO REFUND AND BE AT PEACE AFTER GETTING OUR INVESTED MONEY WITH INTEREST,
