I am thirty three years old and graying at the temples.And I can't remember when I heard a good song.Being a bengali I do like Rabindrasangeet.But considering most of the songs are 150 years old and I am not that old yet...So,its back to Bollywood.For one reason or the other all of which I don't clearly understand I find little merit in today's hits.They are devoid of good poetry and there is absolutely no melody.So,its back to the sixties and seventies with RD Burman at his best.That's the kind of music I would like to listen to now-melodious and intelligent-sounding that appears to work hard to entertain me.Now,these are my feelings.It would be awesome to know what others are thinking.
