A small town girl comes to a big city with the dream of leading a happy married life with a boy whom she trusts and believes his honest face. Everything looked very beautiful to the girl from day 1 in the 2-bedroom flat. A 15-day honeymoon awaited the girl with her better half but the ‘so-called boy’ made his her weep on the trip because it was not the boy wanted. He decided a Mauritius cruise but they finally visited a scared place followed by a hill station.
The girl was ambitious and decided to study. The boy left her behind in a small town, after marriage and joined his family, elsewhere.
A girl never felt comfortable in the ‘over-exposed’ culture of the family, which was hiding many illicit facts among relations. When she was bearing the boy’s child, she did not receive any love and sympathy from the family and joined her husband for a new city, where he was transferred. The family is cursed by the fact that healthy children do not get born through generations. The girl suffered the same curse and lost a ‘son’ born to them.
The girl decides to become a ‘home-maker’, but what comes in front of her makes are impossible to forgive her own family. Her husband has a son from his elder brother’s wife who is a mental patient. His father and his sister had physical relations. His mother walked all nude in front of his father and her children. This is the illicit family the simple girl is married into.
She is ashamed of her husband and the family she is part of. Moreover, money and property matters run between the father and the sons. The sister’s husband also tries seeking financial help from his two brother-in-laws.
The girl feels lonely, angry, and lost and does not know how to survive among these ill-fated people. Her husband is yet not ready to accept his sins and change, on top of it he desires a child from his wife. She is not sure of what how to forgive her husband and live with him. She thinks she still likes him and prays to God to give her strength to live with him and his family.
