These days T.V. Channels on Tata Sky and other DTH services show many Hollywood movies that signify a trend i.e. of showing Monster and Alien creature’s films. The director and the writer aim to inform the masses that the earth is being inhabited by massive alien and monster-like creatures who are trying to invade us and destroy mankind. The theory of destruction of earth’s planet by other foreign planets (signifying the will of God) may be behind this. Just as climate change is also depicting the end of the world, these creatures are another form of ending the world.
Some of the movies to be mentioned in this regard are, Species and it sequels, Lake Placid and its sequels, Jurassic Park and its sequels, Eight-legged freaks, Aliens, so on and so forth. The list is big and increasing day by day. The channels they are shown are HBO, UTV Action (dubbed in Hindi), Star Movies, PIX, etc. These movies are sure thrillers, which entertains the viewers but surely are factual.
Scientists are working on researches using animal organs for new medical inventions. When man interferes with Nature beyond his limits, Nature surely seeks revenge from them through these weird creatures. This is a logical fact. Man must know his limits and not cross them.
Basically, such movies teach us a moral lesson as well as making us aware of their existence otherwise. Man, beware!
