3D TV With Voice Recognition Technology

Sharp is breaking new ground with the latest L-series Aquos 3D TVs with voice recognition and control. But instead of talking directly to these TVs to adjust volume and access functions, users are required to speak into the company’s Aquos Phone that is connected to the panel via Wi-Fi. The smartphone will also allow users to play photos and videos on the big screen by simply flicking selected files toward the TV on the mobile device’s display.

Performance-wise, the L-series is THX 3D-certified which promises optimal 3D picture quality out-of-the-box with its THX 3D Cinema mode. These panels are big on sound as well featuring a powerful 2.1-channel audio system consisting of six speakers and dual onboard woofers. Other key specifications include Sharp’s proprietary Quattron four primary color TV system, 7 million:1 dynamic contrast ratio and a blazing-fast 240Hz refresh rate.
