Similar thing happened to me..i ws offered a figure by HCL ..I resigned frm TCS and the moment they come to knw tht I have filed my papers..they reduced the offer..saying tht hcl has changed its policies and done some restructucturing..i got infuriated and lost my temper coz tht bit** HR is taking m...y undue advantage..her name is Sweta Surabhi..thn she handled the phone to her Boss and somehow i convinced thm tht once i join the hcl i will escalate the issue as i have everything in mail..so i got wht i ws promised..bt hell thy tried taking my advantage as i already filed my papers in my previous company..ths ws horrifying experience..Read More
