Similar thing happened to me..i ws offered a figure by HCL ..I resigned frm TCS and the moment they come to knw tht I have filed my papers..they reduced the offer..saying tht hcl has changed its policies and done some restructuring..i got infuriated and lost my temper coz tht HR is taking my undue advantage..her name is Sweta Surabhi..thn she handled the phone to her Boss and somehow I convinced thm tht once I join the hcl I will escalate the issue as I have everything in mail..so I got wht I ws promised..bt hell thy tried taking my advantage as I already filed my papers in my previous company..ths ws horrifying experience..
