Nowadays whenever I open the newspaper there is atleast one news of a minor getting raped or killed. What kind of society are we living in. how can anybody think of raping a 2 year old child. It makes me think really hard that isnt there some really hard punishment for such people so that any other ...Read more

Love - My search

Feb 13, 2009 03:20 PM (Updated Feb 13, 2009 03:23 PM)

Love Thats quite an interesting thought process i would say.. but you know what i feel the answer to such complicated pondering is simple. I am not egositic enough to say (simple)this because i completely understand love, but i am saying this cos i have learnt some of this in my life. I think there a...rent any types of love. As you asked somebody ,yes i think there is a common platform to all kinds of love and that is love itself :). I would say Love is the best means to understand God and why he created all of us. I could write on and on this but u would get bored. but really to summ it up i would just say watch the last part of Rab ne bana di jodi where Tanni is asking God to show her where her Rab is and then shahrukh comes before her. Even though the scene could have been picturised much better the small song , ’Na kuch bola, na kuch tola..tujh main rab dikhta hai ’ says it all. If we can act like that song in any relationship,be it a mother and a child, between siblings, freinds, couples, spouses and most importantly us and God we would know how much God loves us.. Thanks for the soul stirring thougts .keep rocking :)Read More

Agree or disagree??

Feb 13, 2009 02:57 PM

Agreed - but needs action Hey Paul, I come across so many people who share similar views. I do agree that one of the root causes that a country remains in developing stage for long is inefficient leadership. A country like ours requires statesmen like Mr. Narayanamurthy who has created one of most... admired organization and that too with utter honesty. In my personal opinion i feel discriminating on basis of religion should be termed as illegal.Thats applies to everything from people refusing to rent out houses to some religion people to reservations for some type of communiites.Men were Born Equal, then who are we to discriminate between them. But all said and done can we really have any action towards an idealistic goal.Read More

Restrictive Reservations - Part II

Jun 04, 2008 03:42 PM

thank you thanks for putting in the thoughts that have been lingering in my mind for quite so long .you are right GOD alone save this country. but i think there might be some relief if youngsters and even young politicians come out of their shell and speak out and stand for what they think is right....Keep writing . Good writings have always known to influence the society.(in the past though in the present people are more comfortable in the lives they are living )Read More
