Agree or disagree??

Most (or all) countries in the world are run by the inefficient administrators. They reached those top posts not based on merit, talent, values or skill but because they belong to a royal family, they belong to a famous parent or supported by a good financier. Some of them reach there by using brutal force with bad but efficient brain. People who fancy political power resort to stick to the ladder and do every trick in the book to reach to the top. Once fail, they settle with the stand they are in and start eating the steps of the ladder.

Most (or all) of our world's religions are run by people who didn't conceived the values of the religion as planned in its beginning or they are inefficient to lead the religion and its people in those values to the goals. Every day they have to do a preaching, which they prepare. They fail to test themselves to what God really demand from them.

When politics lack leadership with vision, the country and its people suffer. Who will fill the vacuum of leadership? When the wise choose to stay away, the ignorant find it easy to reach on top. To protect the chair of power they are determined to do whatever they can.

When the religion lacks leadership with mission the religion and people who believe it's principles suffer. Who will fill the vacuum? When wise don't prevail, rich will takeover. Manipulators will be happy to 'serve'. The insecure politicians –they too find it is a great masala and try their luck.

The result? Countries are run by politically ignorant and religions by religiously 'illiterate'. This in turn keeps the poor as poor, rich as rich. Majority remain in poverty and illiteracy, lacking the physical resources, emotional support and spiritual satisfaction to live in prosperity, harmony and peace.

I think the real problem many of our nations face is not poverty or illiteracy but lack of proper leadership in nations and religions. (Poverty and illiteracy are only symptoms) Therefore the cure to the alarming need of the hour is to make leaders who can make things happen with a long vision and understanding.

How far you agree with this post? Or do we have some other disease which needsthe cure first?
