Nowadays whenever I open the newspaper there is atleast one news of a minor getting raped or killed. What kind of society are we living in. how can anybody think of raping a 2 year old child. It makes me think really hard that isnt there some really hard punishment for such people so that any other person doesnt ever think of committing such heinous crime. Why cant we just hang such a person or dismember him and let him live a life of an eunuch for rest of what he wants to live. I really dont care what happens to his family simply because that person has never thought of wht would happen to such innocent mind after such an act. To my surprise I have never heard any severe punishment for any such crimes. Makes me think does the indian judicial system treat a act like a minor rape so lightly. Please think abt it..
