well, i am not sure if i quite agree with you. I personally found this book as a great interpretation of reality. Martel lets us decied what is the fact. Maybe 'Pi' invented the story or maybe it is all real. But again what is real? Isn't reality an interpretation in itself. I liked the fact that he... choose the name Pi - anirrational number, who comes to a rational understanding of things. Also the fact that he is named after a swimming pool - a controlled body of water, and he finds himself abandoned admist the vast ocean. Keep writing!Read More

Let me tell you,I have never been a fan of Ms. Kapoor Jr, thought she was obnoxious as Poo(p), very loud in Mujhsey Dosti Karoge and compeletely not required in Ashoka. After this movie Kukunoor has sucessfully proved that he is capable of delivering mainstream, class-A movies. Right from the first scene to the climax he is in absolute control.
