No Booking, but money is cut

ramkant, i understand the gateway can take time to process refunds in case of incomplete transactions or gateway errors. but in this case the transaction between me and via was complete, however via could not get the ticket from railways, which is strange because there was no shortage of tickets, th...e time was 10PM when Railway servers are not even loaded. Anyway, i did get my money back back (Minux the Gateway charges of 1.8%, Bad!!) However, i am convinced that this company is useless since i had boked an air ticket on the same day and got a mail confirming the transaction but not the booking. Upon calling the customer care, she sent me the Booking details. WTF !Read More

You are right they are afraud site, they should be banned. In my case they have not given any booking just cut the money. Have spent hours fighting with their customer care.
