I tried booking a railway ticket to try out this site. My Reference number is FMN0MIN0JPN. After making the payment I got a screen saying the booking is not confirmed but the money has been deducted.
Upon calling the customer care, I am told that the hours for the customer care are from 8 am to 8 pm. Wow!
When I call the next day, I am told that its not clear if the booking is confirmed or not.
Then I am told to wait for 10-15 minutes. After I call again, I am told to wait for 24 hrs to get the status. When I came requesting to cancel the ticket, they are not cancelling it either.
Does it take that long to book a ticket online? Is this some Internet booking or do I have to stand in queue to get the ticket.
They are perfect cheats, would not recommend anyone to ever buy anything from via.com.
