Nice review. The fuel Gauge in the barral and tank is split by 50%. So just below the full mark it is 2.25 litres approx. And just above empty mark, you can expect 0.5 litre balance. It is the compromise one has to make (currently) for front fuelling in scooters. Tube puncture issue is repetitive ...in nature (many have experienced first puncture without reason, me too. But no subsequent problems till date.). Kinetic should take it seriously.Read More

My vehilcle also got punctured and roadside mechanic told the same thing. However we should take assessment of such uneducated person with pinch of salt. After repairing of puncture, no issues till date. However Kinetic would do well to take the feedback seriously and recheck their tubes and improve... quality further. It is Do or Die for them. If they don't improve now, it is curtains down for them.Read More

Wow! Surely a nice gift. But why another one when you already had an Activa? Was that such a bad experience? No doubt front fuelling, space, features, power are better on Flyte.

Well. To compare scooter (auto transmission) with bike is like comparing orange and apples. These scooters are all about comfort (city driving), and utility. Just try to carry a weeks grocery (and vegetables) on a bike. Small tyres WILL make those potholes feel like craters. That is true for all inc...luding Honda ones. Just test drive few of them and know for yourself. By the way on good roads, Flyte does handle like a bike due to better weight distribution (low C.G. as fuel tank etc is under the floorboard) & power than Honda ones. This time don't consider it a Kinetic product. It is SYM and Kinetic had little to tinker with it. And who knows Kinetic name may be dropped altogether from next offering!! 1. Convenience (twist and go, no worry about gears shifts etc.) does have a price (poor fuel economy). 2. Imagine a flat rear tyre on a bike. How easy is it to remove and carry that around (looking like Abhimanyu:-) to a repair shop? And you have to carry that helmet too!!Read More

Well. This time it is primarily a SYM product. I am sure that now after Firodia's son's induction on board, Kinetic will be more consistent. As regards to wheel cover, I like it without that. Then there is no scope of jamming wheel by entrapped mud. It also makes it easier to remove wheel in case ...of puncture etc.Read More

Bought one 2 days back. Bought black color as other colors made it look more feminine. (Before buying I also considered Suzuki Access(avoided becoz of it's lack of availability, and nearest service centre was 90Km away!). Honda Aviator's seat was too high for me(5ft 6" person). During test dr...Read more

Vino First let me compliment you on such an efficient review (to the point, helpful, honest). However I am confused. I was considering Avenger and Blaze for long drives (comfortable seats, upright and relaxed posture). But here I read that it was not tiring to ride a sports bike for 4 hours (crouch...ed posture, bent knees, no thigh support)!!. I wonder then what is the point in buying cruisers!! Am I right?Read More
