Bought one 2 days back. Bought black color as other colors made it look more feminine.

(Before buying I also considered Suzuki Access(avoided becoz of it's lack of availability, and nearest service centre was 90Km away!). Honda Aviator's seat was too high for me(5ft 6" person). During test drive I was disappointed with it's lack of power to lug 2 healthy persons around.)

Flyte is very responsive to throttle and does not feel loaded even with 2 healthy person(total load - 160Kg). The performance defies its size. Sometimes I forget that it is a scooter(can turn it just like a bike). I barely feel the speed even at 60-70Km/Hr. The underseat storage has enough space for a full faced large helmet(though one must try to fit in before buying the helmet)  and tool-kit, etc. The black matt finish plastic(dashboard, floorboard, etc.) gives it a rich feel.

Also beware of OD data about acceleration figures(which makes it appear too slow). It never felt slow or lacking power. Test drive one and see yourself.

+ve:** Front fuelling, factory fitted usual accessories(side stand, mirrors, hooks, pillion side foot rest), powerful battery(9AH Vs 5AH of others), great handling, powerful engine, front choke lever, ample leg space exptending way up(cruiser style).

-ve:** All plastic/ABS panels, peculiar fuel guage indication, feminine looks.

I will continue to update the status.

Update(14.4.08): The speedometer stopped working on 11th April and the engine suddenly stopped and failed to start again on 12th. Dealer  collected the vehicle and then rectified it under supervision of Kinetic service engineer. . It was informed that suction pipe got detached from fuel pump. The fuel tank was also replaced due to persisting leakage problem. Now vehicle is OK.

Important:** The fuel indicator will continue to show full till the fuel goes down to 2.25litre(i.e. from 4.5litre to 2.25 litre the needle will indicate full). From then on the needle will indicate balance qty. At red line the qty of remaining fuel  will be approx. 700ml.

In case of persistant problems:

Some of their dealers may not be having fully trained staff(this being new vehilce with some unique design features).

Get intouch with Kinetic's Service Engineer(calmly ask his number from dealer or from Kinetic Head quarters at(020) 27474302 to 5). I strongly believe that it is "do or die" product for them(read SYM) and feedback is bound to be taken seriously.

Kinetic simply can't afford to fail this time if they have to survive.

Update(22.4.08): Currently I am getting mileage of  38-40Km/litre.

Update(20.5.08): First service done. Speedometer replaced as mile-o-meter got stuck at 299km. Engine Smoothness has improved further. The vehicle is joy to drive on highways. Good acceleration and throaty exhaust. Mileage 40Km/l again.
