Hi AsNair,
I had done only 6000 Kms on Logan and got a measly amount of 2.75 L for that after one year of driving. My version was also 1.4 GLX. Do not raise your hopes on getting good value. Anyway, all the best for that.
Someone I know owns a Tata Safari and he says that he is treated as a ki...ng whenever he visits them in their service centre for the regular service. Also, I had driven old SX4 and the power was not really good. But after that, they had fitted a newer engine.Read More

Yes - you are write. Mine is the high end petrol car. Regarding remote, I do not face any problems due to lack of sound. I did not get any parking sensors. But I got free seat covers as they said they wanted to compensate me for the delay in the delivery of the car.

I had Logan petrol before this, and the reasons for replacement were 1) poor driving comfort and 2) poor acceleration. I had not understood my priorities when I bought my first car, but was immensely clear second time around. I test drove three cars - SX 4, Honda City and Verna.

The gearshift problem went off after the first service - service center said that they had adjusted clutchplate.

The big negative point I think is its gear shift. I am really not comfortable moving from 3rd gear to 2nd (I have to push harder towards left when moving the gear from 3rd to 2nd) and sometimes from 1st to 2nd. That indicates that when I have to bring the gear stick towards me, there is trouble. My ...left hand’s fore arm pains after driving.
