Hello ckalaverma, They are big frauds and have a team of fake employees...This seems to be a really wrong practice by IC Direct Sales Agency and MAX Life for selling the policies to ignorant customers by playing with words and it is going to give the really bad name to MAX Life insurance company. Hi Shobhit, same happened with me. I also misguided by the Maxlife channel partner - IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY. They are fooling the customers to buy the polices from them by playing with the words that you will be given a benefit amount in next 40-50 days. It has been more than 120 days and I didn't r...eceived Dividend. now the Agent phone no (9990536113 - Deepak) is being switched off from last 20 days. They are fraud and cheaters.
