He just told me that my policy will not be cancelled and for the same I received the email. I am not going to give up till the time I am not getting my money back. Hi, After submitting my concern I received a call from Max Life Insurance (Mr. Shailesh) next day. Shailesh asked me to give him one week of time to investigate. I said Ok. Today again I received the call from Shailesh. He said that since at the time of verification you denied any benefit/offer e...tc and you never raised any concern in next fifteen days after receiving the policy your policy will not be cancelled. Now I have below concerns. 1. Before every verification call I received call from above said mobile number 9990365758 by Neha Rajput. She used to call me just 15-20 minutes before the verification call and asked me not to disclose about the offered benefit info as no agent is involved in it. I was under the impression that she belongs to Max LIfe Insurance so I did whatever she said. One more thing if she is not related to Max Life Insurance how come every time she was aware of that I will be receiving the verification call in few minutes. 2. I have seen few other complaints from other people as well for same issue. Even they have also mentioned mobile number. But none of the action has been taken against the owner of that nunber by Max Life Insurance people. 3. The Max Life executive told me that even after 15 days of receiving the policy I didn't raise any concern. I told him I have not yet received my policy bond paper although I opted to receive my policy bond paper at my work place. He said he is checking the dispatch details and disconnected the call. My overall communication with Mr. Shailesh was not at all positive. He never said that any action will be taken against owner of the mentioned mobile number. Even he said that since you have signed the papers etc your policy cannot be cancelled. And now they have sent me an email saying that my issue has been resolved although nothing has been done.
