In my absence, my mother was misinformed/duped by Max agents who sold her a useless policy and told her very clearly that she would get returns from her policy after three years and along with other benefits. My mother is a retired senior citizen(75 years) who has no sources of income apart from her pension. She was made to put in her hard earned money into a policy that she believed would augment her income however this policy is of no use to her in her lifetime as it would mature only in 2070 when her grandson becomes 60+.!
My poor mother is very distressed with this. She has lost Rupees One and a half Lakhs.
For the past six moths I made very possible effort and request to Max to please convert the policy into MAX FAST TRACK Super Plan so that at least my mother can get some income while she is alive but they have completely avoided/ignored her after selling the FRAUD policy.
People please BEWARE of this MAXIMUM FRAUD company, they are only interested in conning people and getting away with their money.
