you seem to have got the details completely wrong.... 1. The phone does not cost that much. 2. The E71 indeed has a camera (3.2 MP with auto-focus) 3. N71 and E71 are two completely different devices belogning two completely different genres!

I don't know whether it makes sense to say it now, especially since I don't know if you are using the handset or no... I am not defending Nokia, but lets be fair here... if there is a problem in the device and if you are getting a replacement what is wrong? You know there has been a hue and cry for ...the iPhone and the lack of 3G signal, even when a phone of another make was kept beside it showed full 3G signal. All I am saying is that the need to outdo each other has meant that some batches are faulty. It's indeed sad to have to see a new handset go away. With respect to Nokia Care not giving handsets for temporary use, the reason for it is that in the past Nokia has had some bad experiences when it gave the handset to people and it wasn't returned, was given back in very poor condition. For how long can a company take these losses? But I sincerely hope that this incident does not shatter your faith in one of the largest mobile phone company in the world. BTW, my friend had a similar problem; And it was a SE. So it can happen with any phone.Read More
