However i am still OK with snapdeal service as i am still getting less price and good service. I just purchase Panasonic P55 on best price. ... POOR SUPPORT, POOR TECHNICAL DESIGN

By reading this article Pureit team came today(25-Oct-2012 4:40 PM) at my home. According to them :- 1) In bottom chamber water should be filled as we required. It should not contain more water then its capability i.e. 9 Ltr. ---------------------------------------------- My Comments on thi...s - If it is so. They are claiming its overall capacity is 23 Ltr. If i go with point 1, how 23 Ltr. gives benefit to me? 2) Valve in middle chamber will stop water if the mash is chocked. ---------------------------------------------- My Comments on this - I said to show me the process of it. they were speechless. It should work but on any condition it is not stopping water from the Upper Chamber. If valve will work correctly then defiantly it will not overflow water into middle chamber 3) It water is present in the bottom chamber and we still have water in upper chamber, it will overflow from the sides. ---------------------------------------------- My Comments on this - It should not overflow from the walls, suppose i have knowledge of the product but some guest come to my house and he unintentionally fill upper chamber while lower chamber is full then it would be creating problem for me by getting all the floor or the place where it is placed wet. In that case some mechanism should be there to stop the flooding, Like some rubber valve for the chamber or some flexible plastic if rubber creates some problem in purifying process. My concern is to make product more comfortable and should be fit on realistic situations. It should be easy to use, it should automatically block water from the middle and the upper chamber.
