Hi All,
I purchased WD My Passport 1 TB Hard Disk one month ago. I found it to be a very good, hard disk in terms of speed and capacity.
It was working very good. Suddenly I started getting a speed of 1KB to 10KB while transferring the data.
I lodged a complaint on WD support portal, I got a very quick reply from them. They their self created a replacement request for the defective product. And I got the replaced new hard disk within a week.
Although it was stopped working suddenly and I lost huge amounts of data. Even after that I am very satisfied with the quick support given by the company.
One more thing I really like to tell you guys that in the whole replacement process, I had not spend a single buck for the service. They sent a courier guy to my place and sent a new hard disk to my place just after a week.
