I am the customer of indane gas. Each time when I wanted to refill I had faced the problem, Sometime local vendor are not responding properly, sometime I get refill which is less in weight. Sometime they automatically cancel refill request with the strange reason like invalid address, however they were providing the delivery on the same address from last many years.
Local vendor is problematic and never pick a call so that we are not able to raise our complaint on the local vendor i.e. Surya Gas, 290 / 5, R A Bazar Tope Khana, Meerut.
Then I decided to raise complaint on the web portal of indane gas. This was a more problematic experience.
When I go on web portal to feed my complaint, it is not working properly and I was not able to find the button by which I can feed my complaint on the portal, I fill all the necessary field but there was no any button for submit.
Than I thought to call on the call center, I called but no response. There were two customer care numbers but both were not responding.
I don't know why they don't value to the customer.
