Same here. Totally against their internal processes for legitimate customer refunds. Being an auditor, I think its a carefully planned management fraud, to profit on customer's money with the interest that they get by parking the same, and delaying clear refunds.

If at all this has happened, it happens for name sake, and to comply with some internal norms. They do not do this holistically. Their customer service is the poorest of all the other Banks. The customer service people clearly lack understanding on their own products and services. Also, the Bank per... se enters in to fradulent trasactions without a customers knowledge.Read More
